Rick Bugdanowitz: A former member of the Colorado National Guard, Richard “Rick” Bugdanowitz is the CEO and owner of La Nouvelle Fine Cleaners in Denver. He began the company in 1986 and since then, the business has grown into the top dry cleaner in the United States. With his guidance, the dry cleaning company provides a wide range of services, from couture dry cleaning to hand laundry to in-home cleaning of blinds and curtains. Rick Bugdanowitz’s company is one of the most experienced dry cleaners in the country and ensures customers get their clothes in better-than-new condition thanks to a five-level inspection process that looks for such things as stray threads, improper padding, and hems in need of mending. Mr. Bugdanowitz entered into the dry cleaning business in 1966 after he was discharged from the National Guard. Helping to run the family business, he was co-partner of Dependable Cleaners alongside his father for several years.
